Weathervane at The Links is a 55+ residential community consisting of 22 triplex buildings and a total of 66 condominium homes. Located on the Carver–Plymouth line adjacent to the Village Links Golf Club, the development offers scenic golf course views and a thoughtfully designed environment tailored to active adult living. The community has been developed in multiple phases and features single-level condominium homes with modern layouts and low-maintenance living.

Working in collaboration with Egan Architects, CDG provides comprehensive surveying and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. Beginning with building permit plans, CDG develops each unit footprint and architectural layout through construction and ultimately prepares the final condominium plans.

CDG’s Survey Department supports construction activities by providing roadway and infrastructure layout services, foundation certifications, and detailed as-built surveys to document completed site conditions. This coordinated approach helps ensure accurate construction, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery from planning through occupancy.

This age-qualified community combines quality residential design, professional project coordination, and a desirable location overlooking the golf course, creating an attractive living environment for active adults on Massachusetts’ South Shore.
