Stetson Woods is a new age-restricted housing development in Norwell, Massachusetts. The proposed scope includes the renovation of two existing home and one existing barn, and the construction of fifteen new single-family, detached residential condominium homes. Supporting site infrastructure includes upgrades to stormwater management systems, utilities, and landscaping.

CDG navigated the permitting process of Norwell’s unique Village Residential Development, as well as issues surrounding the development’s location on a Norwell Scenic Road.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with dozens of engineering firms ranging in size, as well as specialty.
