Cornerstone at Weymouth is a three-story independent Senior Living Center with 147 units plus a range of services and facilities for residents including a pub, theater, salon, dining facilities, commercial kitchen, commercial laundry space, and a chapel and activity area. Supporting site infrastructure includes a modernized stormwater management system, associated utilities, pavement, and landscaping. The project required permitting through several municipal and state agencies including the Weymouth Conservation Commission, the Weymouth Board of Zoning Appeals, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with dozens of engineering firms ranging in size, as well as specialty. In that time, I have come to consider Crocker Design Group as a real standout in the industry.
