This transformative redevelopment project includes the full demolition of the existing building and parking lot to make way for a vibrant, mixed‑use community. The new development features three thoughtfully designed buildings comprising 77 modern residential units and approximately 6,306 square feet of commercial space, supported by 129 on‑site parking spaces.

Infrastructure improvements include the installation of new subsurface stormwater management systems, upgraded utility connections, and enhanced landscaping to create an attractive, pedestrian‑friendly environment.

The project received full approvals from the Town of Bridgewater Planning Board and Conservation Commission and is now actively under construction, marking an exciting step forward in the area’s continued growth and revitalization.
