Pembroke Country Club is adding a new age-qualified residential village, with a restaurant and function space, within its 18-hole golf course. The proposed scope includes the renovation of two existing homes, the construction of a mix of single-family homes and multi-family buildings, and the renovation of a function hall and restaurant.

The project includes navigating new Age Restricted Residential Development Zoning and maintaining the integrity of the golf course. The project will need a wastewater treatment plant as well as stormwater management and upgrades, including multiple stormwater basins located throughout the site.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with dozens of engineering firms ranging in size, as well as specialty. In that time, I have come to consider Crocker Design Group as a real standout in the industry.
