This project consisted of the renovation and conversion of an existing two-story health club facility into a new automobile dealership for the sales and display of new Mercedes vehicles as well as vehicle service. Site renovations include reconfigured parking for employees, customers, and vehicle inventory storage, as well as upgrades to stormwater management systems, utilities, and landscaping.

The project required coordination and permitting through several municipal and state agencies, including the Sudbury Conservation Commission, the Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals, the Sudbury Planning Board, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with dozens of engineering firms ranging in size, as well as specialty. In that time, I have come to consider Crocker Design Group as a real standout in the industry. I particularly appreciate the company’s responsiveness and competence, as well as their overall attitude and commitment to problem-solving.
