The Herb Chambers Companies proposes to develop a new Honda brand dealership in 710-720 Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester, at the site previously occupied by the J.D. Byrider and Westminster Dodge auto dealerships. The company’s goal is to develop a category-leading, first-class new facility that will contribute meaningfully to the Morrissey Boulevard streetscape, featuring a building that’s contemporary in style, with a streamlined design.

The project will contain a 4-story, 112,000 SF± dealership facility and will support approximately 222 vehicles in the building and 178 new surface spaces. The site will be fully renovated and modernized to include newly configured curb cuts on Morrissey Boulevard and Freeport Streets and will include all new utilities and an entirely new stormwater management system on site.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with dozens of engineering firms ranging in size, as well as specialty. In that time, I have come to consider Crocker Design Group as a real standout in the industry.
