The project included renovating the showroom, expanding the concrete plaza, reconfiguring parking, upgrading the electric service, and adding electric vehicle charging stations. CDG assisted in this effort by performing the existing conditions survey, preparing a site development plan set package, and obtaining permits from the Danvers Zoning Board of Appeals to allow the work to proceed.

CDG assisted during the project’s construction phases by performing periodic site visits to ensure quality assurance, attendance at construction meetings, and final as-built of the project upon completion.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with dozens of engineering firms ranging in size, as well as specialty.
