An existing Mass Highway maintenance facility was converted into 8 service bays for vehicle maintenance and repair, with renovations including reconfigured parking for employees and vehicle inventory storage, as well as upgrades to stormwater management systems, utilities, and landscaping. The project required coordination and permitting through several municipal and state agencies including the Sudbury Conservation Commission, the Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals, the Sudbury Planning Board, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with dozens of engineering firms ranging in size, as well as specialty. In that time, I have come to consider Crocker Design Group as a real standout in the industry.
