This project included the demolition of an existing one-story Porsche Boston dealership and the construction of a brand new, three-story Porsche Automobile Dealership. Site renovations include reconfigured parking for employees, customers, and vehicle inventory, as well as upgrades to stormwater management systems, utilities, and landscaping. The Town/City/County line goes right through the site, so permitting has to be coordinated with both Brookline and Boston permitting agencies, including Boston Planning and Development Agency, Boston Water and Sewer Commission, Boston Inspectional Services, Boston Zoning Board of Appeals, Boston Public Works/PIC, Boston Transportation Department, Boston Fire, Boston Parks and Recreation, Boston Landmarks Commission, Brookline Neighborhood, Brookline Planning Board, and Brookline Department of Public Works.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with dozens of engineering firms ranging in size, as well as specialty. In that time, I have come to consider Crocker Design Group as a real standout in the industry.
